Suck it up

Life is exciting and boring,
I’m fighting the future yet eager to see what awaits me next.

I don’t want to face what i know if inevitable to avoid
but people keep pushing it at me and I’m terrified of what things may bring.

I’m only now starting to feel like what it’s like to live,
when everyone else has been living for years .

I’m torn between succeeding then or being happy now
And just wanting to set everything as far as I can.
